The newly rennovated Shaw Library rooms are now open. The Shaw has received a new climate control system and now has more space for storage of the increasing archive that is being received. Please stop by and see our upgraded facility.

Malin Celebrates it's 100th Anniversary>
Explore Local History! The Tule Lake Relocation and Segregation Center in Newell, CA recently became part of the World War II Valor in the Pacific National Monument. Recent Donations - Steve and Nancy Kandra recently donated the Lawson and Dorothy Kandra Collection of family papers to the Shaw.
Lee Juliart, President of the Shaw's board has an article in the Oregon Encyclopeida about the Balloon Bombs during World War II in Bly, Oregon.

The Shaw Historical Library is a unique collection of historical records and books about the Land of the Lakes region located in Southern Oregon, Northern California and Northwest Nevada. Hours of Operation are from 1:00pm to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, or by appointment
The Shaw is closed Saturday and Sunday
